There are 19 rooms at the Green N Breeze, all of which are elegantly furnished and comfortable, each with a view of either the Mussoorie hills or the Doon valley. There are 3 categories of rooms: Standard, Studio and Suite. All rooms have amenities like 24-hour hot and cold water, cable TV, and a telephone. The Studio rooms are equipped with a kitchenette that contains a microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, wash sink and a fridge. The Suite comprises two conjoined rooms, one Standard and one Studio.

There is a good multi-cuisine gazebo style restaurant - The Shack - at the Green N Breeze. Delectable Indian, Mughlai and Chinese cuisine is served here. It can seat 40 people comfortably. Room service is also available.
