The 65 rooms at the hotel are divided into air conditioned and the cheaper option, non air conditioned categories, although all the rooms will be air conditioned this year. Amenities in all the rooms include intercom, a large cupboard, cable television. A small alcove has a sink and a dining table, while another alcove, just as you walk inside the room has a comfortable couch. The balcony has beautiful views of coconut trees and paddy fields.

There is a jewellery shop, a beauty salon, an Ayurvedic massage centre and a tailor shop on the premises that operate during 'season', October onwards. The hotel also has a facility for a makeshift conference hall, with equipments. A gymnasium adds to the hotel's facilities.

Alor Grande Holiday Resort lies in Candolim in North Goa. The airport is 45 km from here, the railway station at Thivim is 17 km. Nearest bus stands are at Mapusa (7 km) and Panjim (12 km). The Candolim beach is 500 metres from here.
